The hotel is amazing. There tea and food is awesome. The hotel manager and staff is very well behaved and helpful. The suite room is fabulous, for a family of 4, with 2 bathrooms. the hotel is located at a convenient location.

This hotel is very well located near to market place. Hotel kept very Clean and Neat. Food was very tasty. Staff was very much Supportive . Rooms are big. You can see mountain ranges from your window.

Just checked in this hotel but the room they gave me doesn’t have windows let alone views. It’s damp. It’s dark. It’s dirty. I asked the front desk to change the stained sheets and he said they could not remove the stains on the sheets. They are cold and unfriendly. It’s far from the Main Street of Gangtok. Not walkable! You have to get a taxi apparently but they would not help you even call a taxi. According to the front desk (who seems to disappear constantly, twice I walked to the front desk and twice empty desk), you have to try to hitch hike on a passing taxi on the road outside. If you are lucky enough to get a taxi outside, it will cost you at least 150 rupees, according to the front desk man, to get to the Main Street. I really regret that I booked a hotel like this. On google maps, it looks close enough with a short cut but no walkable short cut in reality. Google’s fault! The main problem, I think, is that I booked a non-refundable option (which I thought was reasonable: 3,000 something per night). So they can give me anything they want basically. I will write an update on this review (with pics). Don’t believe their fancy pictures! The nasty surprise lies in the windowless dark rooms they don’t show you until you show up.

Overall an excellent hotel. Neat , Clean and well maintained property. Great Team of Hotel Staff to ensure your stay is comfortable in all respect. Quality of the food and other services is Great. Worth visiting again. Thanks to Team Tashi Palace.

Hotel is amazing and food is delicious. Such a nice trip. Love to view here again. Will visit those places which are pending in our first visit to Gangtok. Such a lovely place for our Honeymoon and will visit again and again.
